* Each Sunday School class is responsible for having one (1) outreach event per quarter to help increase their class attendance, form unity among their class members and reach their class member’s lost friends.  If you are interested in helping with your teen’s class event, please contact their Sunday School teacher.

* All trip and event payments are non-refundable. Remember to show payments to Holly for record keeping purposes. 

* All church activities are indicated with an asterisk (*) and are strongly encouraged and promoted for families to  attend.  The Youth Ministry does not oversee this event nor provide chaperones/transportation for them.

*Parents, please complete an Emergency Contact & Medical Information Form for each of your teens and turn in to the church office.  Forms are kept at the church in case of an emergency during a youth event.
