You have several options to choose from depending on your budget and time preference:

1) Just purchase your conference ticket:

- Conference ticket (includes box lunch on Friday and Saturday) $89

2) Purchase the long trip (Thursday – Sunday) with airfare:

- Hotel (Thursday/Friday/Saturday) $67.66 (room of 4), $58.16 (room of 5)

- Airfare (depart Thursday evening/return Sunday morning) $194 (based on current fare)

- Conference ticket (includes box lunch on Friday and Saturday) $89

3) Purchase the short trip (Thursday-Saturday) with airfare:

            - Hotel (Thursday/Friday) $45.11 (room of 4), $38.77 (room of 5)

            - Airfare (depart Thursday evening/return Saturday evening) $186 (based on current fare)

            - Conference ticket (includes box lunch on Friday and Saturday) $89

            - NOTE: This option flies home following Saturday’s conclusion at 4pm

4) Purchase the long trip (Thursday-Sunday) driving:

            - Hotel (Thursday/Friday/Saturday) $67.66 (room of 4), $58.16 (room of 5)

            - Gas (based on 4 people per car) $50 (based on 4 fill-ups, $50 per fill up)

            - Conference ticket (includes box lunch on Friday and Saturday) $89

5) Purchase the short trip (Thursday-Saturday) driving:

- NOTE: This option drives home following Saturday’s conclusion at 4pm.

Basic Info:

The hotel we will be staying at is the Best Western McCarran Inn (2 blocks from the conference).  We have some rooms reserved that sleep 5 per room (2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed) and some rooms that sleep 4 per room (2 queen beds) – first come, first served.   Accommodations include a complimentary deluxe breakfast each morning and complimentary shuttle to/from the airport (service to/from the conference/strip/restaurants is limited).  For those choosing to fly we will be flying on Southwest Airlines.  Additional meals (en route and dinners) will be on own.
